The application fee is inclusive of GST and is non-refundable. Candidates applying for more than one stream are required to submit a separate application and pay the applicable fee for each stream. A candidate can apply for a maximum of two streams, subject to meeting the eligibility conditions.
Salary
Selected candidates for the Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) post will receive pay in the scale of ₹62,500–3,600(4)–₹76,900–4,050(7)–₹1,05,250–EB–₹4,050(4)–₹1,21,450–₹4,650(1)–₹1,26,100.
The gross monthly emoluments at the minimum of the pay scale are approximately ₹2.05 lakh, including applicable allowances and PFRDA's contribution towards NPS. Other benefits may include medical expenses, Leave Fare Concession, Personal Accident Insurance, Children Education Allowance, learning-related allowances, conveyance expenses, housing-related benefits and other admissible benefits.

Selection Process
The PFRDA Grade A selection process consists of three phases:
- Phase I – Online Screening Examination
- Phase II – Online Examination
- Phase III – Interview
Phase I is conducted as a screening examination for shortlisting candidates for Phase II. Its marks are not included in the final selection. Candidates who qualify Phase II are shortlisted for the interview according to the prescribed merit and vacancy-based criteria.
The final selection is based on the marks obtained in Phase II and Phase III Interview, with 85% weightage for Phase II and 15% weightage for the interview.
Exam Pattern
The Phase I examination consists of two papers. Paper 1 is common across streams and covers English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Test of Reasoning and General Awareness, including financial-sector awareness. Paper 2 tests the specialized subject related to the candidate's selected stream.
