Educational Qualification
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Experience
Candidates should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering, security operations, incident response, threat detection and vulnerability management.
The position requires experience in designing, implementing and managing cybersecurity solutions across IT, OT and cloud environments.
Required Technical Skills
- SIEM/SOAR platforms such as Splunk and QRadar
- XDR/EDR, firewalls, WAF and network segmentation
- Cloud security across AWS, Azure and GCP
- Zero-Trust architectures
- Python, Bash and PowerShell scripting
- Containerization and microservices
- Security operations, threat detection and incident response
- Vulnerability management
Compliance Knowledge
Working knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and NIST is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and maintain secure network architectures and security controls across IT, OT and IoT environments.
- Monitor security events, perform threat hunting and lead incident response activities.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate penetration testing.
- Manage XDR, EDR, firewalls, WAF and Zero-Trust security solutions.
- Implement cloud security controls for AWS, Azure and GCP environments.
- Integrate security into the software development lifecycle through secure coding, threat modelling and code reviews.
- Lead security projects and mentor junior team members.
- Work with internal teams and external clients on cybersecurity requirements and risk management.
Salary
The selected candidate will receive ₹1,66,667 per month as remuneration.
Contract Period
The appointment is initially for one year. The contract may be extended depending on the candidate's performance and project requirements.
