Educational Qualification
The required qualification varies according to the Specialist Officer post. Candidates applying for Scale-I positions generally need the relevant full-time graduate or postgraduate qualification with the prescribed marks.
For Risk Officer, candidates can have an MBA in Finance or a master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Econometrics with the prescribed minimum marks.
For HR Officer, a full-time postgraduate qualification in MBA with specialization in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work or Labour Law is required.
For IT Officer, candidates should possess B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech/M.E./MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, Data Science or a relevant discipline.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of an Online Written Examination followed by a Personal Interview.
