Educational Qualification
For PGT posts, candidates should have a Master's Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject, with the concerned subject studied at the graduation level. Candidates must also possess a B.Ed. degree from an NCTE-recognized institution with at least 50% marks.
Candidates having a prescribed four-year integrated degree course or three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. qualification with at least 50% marks may also be eligible as per the applicable requirements.
For TGT posts, candidates should have a Bachelor's or Honours Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject or subject combination and a B.Ed. degree with at least 50% marks from an NCTE-recognized institution. Candidates must also have qualified UPTET or CTET Paper-II.
Candidates should also have the ability to teach through both Hindi and English medium as prescribed for the recruitment.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the PGT and TGT Guest Faculty posts is 50 years as on 1 July 2026. Age relaxation, wherever applicable, will be provided according to the relevant rules.

Selection Process
The selection process will be based on academic and professional qualification merit and personal interaction.
A total of 75 marks are assigned for academic, professional qualification and experience-related criteria, while the remaining 25 marks are allocated for personal interaction. The personal interaction may assess subject knowledge, teaching ability, personality, communication skills, ICT skills, language proficiency and other relevant abilities.
